ADOPTABLE IN MONTREAL OR CDMX

Antonio is a gorgeous chihuahua (2 kg), approximately 3 years old, who was found wandering around the Chamber of Deputies. There’s extremely high security there; we have no idea how he managed to get in or what his life was like before. He arrived very skinny, but other than that, he’s been very healthy. Some people think chihuahuas are “nervous” or “unfriendly” dogs, but that’s not the case. The truth is that many are high-energy dogs who are treated like accessories, and they get frustrated. He’s a very sweet little dog. He loves being held and cuddle with humans, but he also really enjoys (and needs) playing with other dogs, running, going out into nature, smelling things… basically, having a dog’s life. He gets along very well with all kinds of humans, dogs and cats. We’re looking for an active, super-loving family for him, one that understands that his needs don’t necessarily decrease just because he’s smaller, and who will make him feel special and loved.
