ADOPTABLE IN MONTREAL OR CDMX
HUDA is a handsome medium-to-large dog (24kg), approximately 4–5 years old, who used to live with his canine friends and family by a canal with homeless people. While we don’t know the exact details, it appears he was mistreated, as he is quite wary of strangers at first. However, once he realizes you pose no threat, he is a sweetheart. It doesn’t take long for him to settle in—within a couple of days, he’s completely at ease—though he does need a little patience and plenty of affection during those initial days. He gets along incredibly well with other dogs and likes them all. He can also live with cats (he doesn’t pay them much attention, but he neither attacks nor chases them). He is a very sweet dog who hasn’t had an easy life. We know his black coat might make finding a home a bit more challenging, but he deserves a wonderful family who can help him put his past behind him.
